+ Select a Repair Class Priority

+ Enter the Odometer when the work was done.

+ Enter a Completion Date when the work was finished by the Vendor

+ Enter a Vendor
​
+ Select label to describe the nature of the work
​
+ Select Issues that were corrected through this service
​
+Optionally, you can enter line items of what work was done along with individual costs.
​
+ Enter Parts & Labor in bulk totals if you do not enter through individual line items.
​
+ Optionally, you can attach photos and documents to this service record.
