Watched Vehicles
For Vehicles You want to keep up-to-date on (receive Reminders & Notifications),
Assign yourself as a ‘Watcher’:
1. ‘Watcher’ Setup from Vehicle List
[Standard Navigation / Vehicles / Vehicle List]

Select <click on> the Desired Vehicle

Stay on the ‘Overview’ Tab

Top Right - Find the ‘Watch’ button and click.

The button will indicate you are now a Watcher by switching to ‘Unwatch’
-
Click on ‘Unwatch’ if you no longer want to watch this vehicle.
OR
2. ‘Watcher’ Setup from Vehicle Page (This applies to YOU only)
[Standard Navigation / Vehicles / Watched Vehicle]

Click on the <Green> ‘Watch All Vehicles’ button to follow every vehicle.

Click on the ‘Watched Groups’ field to select all of one Location/Group’s vehicles.

3. ‘Watcher’ Setup from Contacts Page (This applies to ANY User)
[Standard Navigation / Contacts]

Select the Contact/User to assign.

Click on the Three Dots […] to the right of their name.

Select ‘Watched Vehicles’.
-
Click the <Green> ‘Watch All Vehicles’ button to follow every vehicle.

Click the ‘Watched Groups’ field to select all of one Location/Group’s vehicles.
