To Report an Issue on a Vehicle:
-
Select a Vehicle from the ‘Asset’ field.

Enter Date
-
Summarize Issue. If needed, add Description.

Record the ‘Meter’ reading.

To Add a Photo or Document, click on the Green ‘Pick File’ button.

Click ‘Save Issue’
